gigRonin is looking for a talented Implementation Specialist/Sales Engineer a key technical resource to join our team. In this role, you will lead the charge of disrupting the traditional business model of staffing through awesome technology.

What you will do: 

  • Analyze and understand the client’s business and determine system requirements
  • Effectively execute gigRonin implementation processes and procedures, including API connectivity
  • Assist with developing new product features
  • Collaborate and consult with internal partners to ensure customization across software systems based on clients’ individual needs and specifications
  • Understand and assist with connecting the data flow between gigRonin and various systems and vendors (Cyclr, ATS providers, etc) specific to each client
  • Identify complex data problems and develop, evaluate, design and implement solutions
  • Respond to escalated tickets (Jira) and prioritize issues to internal partners when necessary
  • Coordinate communications and task status with external partners and answer outstanding questions
  • Tackle complex product integration scoping and documentation to support pricing and customer satisfaction
  • Actively participate in client configuration design, build, test and deployment activities

  • Comfortable in a startup environment means dealing with uncertainty
  • Demonstrated communication and public speaking skills
  • Staffing related ATS/CRM experience is a must
  • Previous industry experience with API’s
  • Knowledge in application development (ASP, .NET, PHP, JSP) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • You can hold your own with technical troubleshooting
  • You have 1+ years of implementation/sales engineer experience supporting a software solution
  • Staffing SaaS technology sales or HR SaaS technology sales   (Preferred)
  • HR-related B2B technology or products (Required)
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Professional personal presentation, even in virtual settings
