Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

gigRonin is looking for a talented sales expert to join our team. In this role, you will lead the charge of disrupting the traditional business model of staffing through awesome technology. What you will do:

  • Hunt small to mid-size staffing agencies for new business through prospecting
  • Create leads and maximize opportunities created through marketing
  • Meet with prospective clients, seek to understand their needs
  • Present company information and demo gigRonin technology
  • Create, present, and close sales proposals
  • Diligently follow up to build and grow relationships

  • Creates brand awareness

Requirements

  • Comfortable in a startup environment means dealing with uncertainty
  • Utilize CRM for proposals and to share client knowledge
  • Technical aptitude
  • No jerk rule in a small team
  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Staffing SaaS technology sales or HR SaaS technology sales   (Preferred)
  • HR related B2B technology or products (Required)
  • Comfortable making presentations and public speaking
  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Professional personal presentation, even in a virtual settings
